It is a national, voluntary association of physicians and medical learners that advocates on national health matters. Its new strategic plan identifies its primary mandate: driving positive change in health care by advocating on key health issues facing doctors and their patients.

To connect and collaborate with physicians, patients and other medical professionals who share a desire to make a difference. As well as supporting the growth of their community and building a modern interactive space for physicians to create and contribute to discussions surrounding their national health matters.

The medical organisation developed an interactive online community for peer advice and support. KINSHIP was brought in to help them manage and update their existing community to create a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for their members. Creating a fresh and inviting environment for physicians to join and share their experiences with one another.

KINSHIP maintains their community and continues to provide ongoing support from Australia. This includes fulfilling all client requests for extra additions to the community, providing best practices, and offering proactive ideas to increase user adoption.
