Job Summary –

KINSHIP digital is looking for a highly professional and confident individual to join our ever - expanding client delivery team.
You are pragmatic and results focused and act calmly and mindfully under pressure. You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, facilitating others to ensure we are delivering to our valued client.

Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to:

  • Complete day-to-day requests from clients on their technology solutions.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities with our clients and deliver results through our services.

  • Understanding our clients’ business use cases and problem solving for our clients’ needs.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients’ success through providing ongoing support and guidance.

  • Ensure that all clients are equipped with updated knowledge about their technology solutions and system upgrades.

  • Assist customer success in providing insight to client health and growing existing accounts.

  • Work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure optimal client service and delivery on tasks.

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations to develop strong rapport and trust.

  • Conduct client-facing meetings, presentations, and workshops to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and align on next steps.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to co-create project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

  • Lead client workshops and training sessions to demonstrate product features, potential new use case opportunities, gather requirements, and facilitate user adoption.

  • Actively listen to client feedback and proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients experience and exceed expectations.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and proposals to showcase project deliverables, highlight the value that can be delivered, and secure ongoing relationships with clients.

  • In-person presentations, training and workshops with clients.

What you bring to the team?

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role delivering technology solutions (highly desirable).

  • Your work reflects your passion and pride, and you're great at simplifying concepts to make them accessible to all stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for customer experience technology, big data, and emerging technologies, often thinking strategically to align these technologies with broader objectives.

  • A customer-centric approach. Your empathetic nature helps you understand and meet client needs, and you're not afraid to speak up to ensure these needs are prioritised.

  • A team player, you excel in collaborating both internally and with clients.

  • A can-do attitude to approaching issues. Your self-awareness and ability to handle fast-paced environments while keeping customers happy are key.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, aiding in clear articulation and persuasive presentation delivery.

  • Strong organisation skills that shine in fast-paced environments. You're a self-starter who solves problems efficiently.

  • Strategic thinking skills, understanding the importance of aligning project activities with broader strategic objectives.

  • Fluency in social media platforms and experience with social media management software is preferred. Knowledge of third-party social/advertising technology and tracking partners like Google Analytics is highly desirable.
