Junior Customer Success at KINSHIP digital

To finalise my bachelor's degree at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS), I was required to complete a four month internship. While searching for a position in an innovative company to stay aligned with my previous work experiences, I encountered KINSHIP digital via LinkedIn. This was the perfect opportunity for me to mix my interest in disruptive businesses and my studies in marketing.

I was hired for a Customer Success position for my internship and I operated mainly with the Marketing and Business Value teams. 

During my time at KINSHIP digital I was involved with:

  • Social media, Public relations, Event Management, Electronic direct mail marketing;

  • Consulting, Value Realisation with clients, & Project Management.

My internship at KINSHIP has taught me so much about what I would like to do in the future; it is something that has always been a bit blurry until now! 

After four months spent working full-time at KINSHIP, I have developed many skills and worked on various projects:

  • Business - Organisation & adaptability;

  • Design - Creativity & video editing;

  • Writing - Clarity & conciseness;

  • Management - Strategic thinking & reliability.

It helped me discover myself in a workplace, which I had never done before because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I would say that it is relieving to finally be part of a team and find my place in it. 

Highlight of some projects I have worked on during my internship

 

The motivation the team at KINSHIP gave me is undeniable, they definitely helped me get through my projects and encouraged me towards more responsibilities every day.

From 2023, I will join the team as a Customer Value Driver employee and will work full-time with the Customer Success and Business Value teams. This will be an amazing opportunity to build my career in the digital world and grow my capabilities even more!

Finally, I am truly thankful to KINSHIP digital for giving me the chance to prove myself and offering me my first job as a Customer Value Driver.
